Booking & Credit Card Policy
To reserve an appointment at MELT Hair Boutique, we require a valid credit card on file. This helps us secure your spot and plan our schedule accordingly. Your information is safely stored and only charged in accordance with the policies below.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
- No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: Missed appointments or “day-of” cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
This policy allows us to offer appointments to other guests and ensures our team’s time is respected.

Lateness Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. Late arrivals may be considered a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly.
